• TAX and Custom Charges

  • International Buyers - Please Noteitems entering Europe from overseas are most likely to be charged import duties / VAT.
    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
    These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
    All items are imported stock from world wide.
    Please note that we need to declare the true value as CUSTOMS must check it.
    We will not declare a lower value as it is illegal.
    Please do not ask for lower value declaration.
    If buyer refuses to pay any customs and/or carried charges, and package ends up returning back to us we will charge the buyer for any customs and/or carrier charges plus Shipping cost to and from buyer ***Buyer will get partial refund, 25% restocking fee charge will be applied or more .
    ***If those charges are greater than item cost we have the right to declare it abounded/destroyed with the carrier, and no refund will be applied to buyer.

    All items selling are brand new genuine model (not Local stock), imported from overseas official supplier.
    Products are primarily dispatched locally; however it will be sent from our oversea office if an item is out of stock, in order to save the delivery time and cost.
    (Please refer to the listing page "postage and payment" for the actual shipment time).
    The winner bidder must complete the payment transaction within 3 business days once purchase is made, to avoid be filed as UNPAID buyer.
    Items listed are described in details, slight errors may occur.

    For LCD screens, phone , tablet, digital cameras and DVs, fewer than 3 dead or light pixels are considered to be normal.
    A new replacement will be provided if there are 3 or more dead or light pixels on the central position of the display (within 3 days upon arrival of the item).
    

• Warranty

  • Back to base warranty.
    All item come with 1 YEAR warranty service provided by Perfect_mission.
    NO WARRANTY FOR WATER DAMAGE.
    (WATERPROOF CAMERAS / UNLOCK MOBILE PHONE)The warranty covers the battery pack for 6 months only.
    Accessories which come with the item are not covered by warranty.
    Warranty does NOT cover errors caused by improper usage of the product out of its limitations and/or intended purposesBuyers do not require any warranty documentations when claiming warrantyPostage is not covered.
    Buyers pay for return postageReturn PolicyFor DOA item, please contact us within 24 hours after you have received the item.
    If not DOA item, 25% restocking fee will be applied and no full refund would be given.
    

• Shipping

  • Items will be shipped by Fedex, UPS, TOLL, TNT, EMS, Post office Airmail (Please refer to the listing page for the particular delivery service used).
    *****There will be extra shipping fee for Regional and Remote areas.
    Our CS will contact you after purchased.
    *****- Local pickups, COD, APO, escrow services are not available.
    The domestic handling time is within 1-3 business days before dispatch in order to process further security checks.
    The shipping time is within 2-5 business days (weekend not business days).
    If items are shipped by "Economy delivery from outside AU", the shipping time is around 2 - 3 weeks.
    Please refer to the ���postage and payment��� in the Listing page for the actual shipping timeframe.
    Items will only be sent to your PayPal registered address.
    (No alternative address is allowed).
    All items we sell are Brand new genuine imported international model.
    Products are primarily dispatched locally, however if an item is out of stock, it will be sent from our oversea office in order to save the delivery time.

• Payment Methods

  • Only PayPal payment is accepted.
    Please do not ask for other payment methods, as eBay only permit PayPal.
    In order to pay via PayPal, your PayPal account must be verified, any payment from unverified PayPal account will not be accepted.
    As a safety standard recommended by PayPal and eBay, order will only be shipped to your PayPal shipping address (Please do not ask for shipping address changes).
    We reserve the right to reject payments from any suspected stolen PayPal account.
